My name is Giampaolo and I fell in love with Biotto when I used to cycle past as a young boy.

Our farm cultivates the land biologically producing organic olive oil, wine and pomegranates. We are now ready to share Biotto with those who share our love of the Italian countryside.

When the property became available, we just had to buy it and a lot of love and hard work went into restoring it.

The name Biotto comes from the French word “Biot” which means barren or bare. Biotto used to describe an area that was once infertile.
